## Statement

Per Sheriff Dodd's social media post from the Official Johnston County Sheriff Facebook Page in which the tagged feelin was "Aggravated"; the Sheriff stated: "Upon the Deputy trying to arrest this Oxygen Thief, Busby thought it to be a good idea to resist and try the Deputy". ["Oxygen Thief"](https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/oxygen_thief#:~:text=Noun,informal%2C%20derogatory)%20a%20useless%20person) is a derogatory slang term used to suggest that the person's breathing wastes oxygen that could be put to better use. The post also referred to the use of force that Deputies [Schanz](https://giglio-bradylist.com/citizen-report-no-1659734985-1310929505) and [Richeson](https://giglio-bradylist.com/individual/ty-%20richeson) were involved in while apprehending the subject.
