Gary Dodd is listed as the arresting officer in court case record [CF-2011-00035](https://www.oscn.net/dockets/GetCaseInformation.aspx?db=love&number=CF-2011-35) in Love County charging the female defendant with "Assault &amp; Battery Upon a Police Officer". These cases indicate that a use of force was involved when taking the defendant into custody.
