## Statement

Gary Dodd is listed as the arresting officer in court case record [CM-2013-00703](https://www.oscn.net/dockets/GetCaseInformation.aspx?db=pontotoc&number=CM-2013-703) in Pontotoc County charging the male defendant with "Resisting Arrest". These cases indicate that a use of force was likely involved when taking the defendant into custody. Other officers involved in the in the incident may include: [Brent N.
