Ty Richeson is listed as the arresting officer in court case record [CF-2021-00028](https://www.oscn.net/dockets/GetCaseInformation.aspx?db=johnston&number=CF-2021-28) and [CM-2021-00081](https://www.oscn.net/dockets/GetCaseInformation.aspx?db=johnston&number=CM-2021-81) in Johnston County charging the female defendant with "Assault &amp; Battery on Correctional Personnel"; "Resisting an Officer" and "Obstructing an Officer".
