A Facebook Post from McAlester News-Capital shared a link to an article captioned:

"Haileyville Police Chief David Johnston and his wife, Monica Johnston, allegedly locked children in a jail cell at the Haileyville Police Department on March 29 as punishment for allegedly doing damage to a vehicle, according to records obtained by the McAlester News-Capital."
