Court Records indicate that Sheriff Dodd was the arresting officer in [CF-2022-00279](https://www.oscn.net/dockets/GetCaseInformation.aspx?db=johnston&number=CM-2022-00279&cmid=74049) in which the Defendant was charged with "Resisting an Officer".
