**NO PUBLIC CLEET RECORD**

On or about Jully 22, 2001, a report was made to Bokoshe Police Department of Carl Stout sexually assaulting and stalking a 16 year old girl. The report resulted in a protective order being issued by LeFlore County District Court in case # [PO-2001-00159](https://www.oscn.net/dockets/GetCaseInformation.aspx?db=leflore&number=PO-2001-00159&cmid=7187345) on August 17, 2001. Attached is the Petition for Protective Order, inclusive of police report. On April 15, 2003, Stout filed an agreement to "Stay Away" from the victim.
