## Statement

A Petition for emergency protective order was filed \[under seal\] on August 8, 2023 against Wesley Wayne Hunter Jr. in the Canadian County District Court Case #[PO-2023-325](https://www.oscn.net/dockets/GetCaseInformation.aspx?db=canadian&number=PO-2023-325).

On August 15, 2023, a **FIVE YEAR** victim protective order was **GRANTED** by Judge Charles Gass.
