## Statement

State Representative John Talley (R-Stillwater) supports Glory Woolley from Broken Arrow, who has filed a civil rights lawsuit against Wagoner County [Sheriff Chris Elliott](https://giglio-bradylist.com/individual/chris-%20elliott), Detective Danny Elliott and two others.

The federal lawsuit includes accusations of conspiring to deprive the Wooley family of their constitutional rights and comes after years of potentially malicious prosecution stemming from the 2018 death of 14-month-old Elijah Woolley.
