## Statement

Officer Bergdoll preformed a questionable traffic stop that resulted in a failure to stop ticket that was later dismissed by the municipal court. He misused the department's equipment when he signed another officer's signature electronically to the ticket who was not present. The signature was for a female officer, "M. Wolf" who was not present at the scene of the stop.
