## Statement

OFFICER ALEXANDER, ENTERED THE DWELLING WITHOUT PRODUCING A WARRANT FOR SEARCH OR SEIZURE. PROCEEDED TO FORCEFULLY THROW SUBJECTS ON THE GROUND AND AGAINST THE WALL. OFFICER ALEXANDER CONTINUED HIS ILLEGAL ACTIONS BY PLACING ALL THREE SUBJECTS UNDER ARREST FOR POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE AS WELL AS POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA, IN WHICH THE SUBJECTS DID NOT HAVE. THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE SUBJECTS BEING ON INDIAN TERRITORY, AND NATIVE MADE THE CHARGES FEDERAL.
