Don Loman was a counselor at Red River Counseling Center. Don Loman was fired due to exploitation and abuse on one of his current clients, Melissa Cayton. The incident is currently being investigated, and more than likely going to end up with a suspended license and criminal charges if the victim is brave enough to come forward. Red River is currently in the process of reaching out to the rest of his caseload because supposedly this is not the first victim of his. Don Loman abused his use of power as a counselor and a police officer to neglect, abuse, and exploit his vulnerable client.
