Statement

I got permission to go to the Red River Counseling Center office Sunday night of March 17th because I had to use the printer for an early session I had on Monday morning with a client and my printer wasn’t working. It was 8:00pm and it was just me in the office as I was trying to print something real quick. Don Loman walks in and begins cussing at me very aggressively. I was sitting in what used to be his office using my laptop to pull up my documents and he begins screaming and cussing and it frightened me very much. Don was trying to get some things that he had left in his office and I told him that I would bring them to him but he needed to go wait outside because he was being so aggressive and he is known to have a history of violent and impulsive behaviors towards others. Don had told the office in the previous years that he had someone call into the police department needing assistance with something and an argument broke out and Don shot him in the head with his back turned to him. So yes, after stories like that, I was scared to be in the office with Don. Don Loman refused to go wait outside after telling him multiple times and I was trying to push the door shut so he couldn’t get to me and he began kicking the door and broke the hinges off the door trying to push it open so hard to get to me.
